The MACrew from Paris is a Graffiti-artists collective founded in 1987 and has been famous for several large-scale Mural productions.

In 2002 a film called "Truma" which is known as the first Graffiti-documentary ever produced on DVD, was made about the collective. This communication-media gave them the opportunity to travel to destinations like Brazil, Gabon, China, Poland, USA, Mexico, New Zealand and many more. They became a reference of the french Graffiti-spirit, famous for its figurative originality combined to the classic NY style-letters nowadays often shown in personal and collective canvas-projects and multimedia performances.

In 2002 the MACrew founded the "Kosmopolite festival", which after 7 times became one of the main graffiti events in europe. More then 500 of the most representing artists have been invited to Bagnolet (FR) within 7 years.

The collective does exhibitions, decorations and installations for many different clients like the "Groeninge Museum" in Brugge (BE), "Hermes" in Hong Kong and Paris, "Moleskine", "Institut Francçais d’Athenes" (GR) and also with auction- companies like "Artcurial".
